Ordering Process

Once you have placed an order we will contact you regarding shipping costs. Shipping cost will be added to your order and a final invoice will be sent to you by email. We will then request a payment via Pay Pal through an email.

On payment your order will be sent within 48hours. You will be notified by email when the goods leave and also as to when goods should arrive.  

 

Pricing

Goods are priced in Australian Dollars. We try and keep our pricing consistent and create good value for the designer product purchased.

 

How secure are my Payments

As we use Pay Pal your payments are secure with a global payment system. We make payment requests via Pay Pal and we do not acquire any of your bank details at any time. 

 

Returns Policy 

  • Our customers are important to us so we endeavour to give you a quality product at all times.

  • All the products are carefully checked before they leave us.

  • Should there be a problem with an item, please contact us immediately via email.  

  • We allow 7 days from date of receiving goods for returns.

  • A return number is issued via email which must be quoted inside the parcel being returned.

  • The return is at the customer's cost.

  • We do not take responsibility for any items being lost on return.

  • It is advisable to register any item being returned to ensure their safe arrival to us.

 Policy on Vintage Items

 Please note Vintage Items on the e-boutique are not new items.

 They are items that have been used and have had a previous owner.

 At all times we endeavor to describe the Vintage Item clearly and honestly with any faults or inconsistencies that may be obvious and visible on the item.

  • As we value our customers we do not give out your details to anyone.

  • It is necessary to obtain personal information so we may conduct our business, this information will only be to fulfil your order.   

  • Also we like to contact our customers if any new events may take place or sales, promotional event etc.

  • If you do not wish to be contacted please let us know and we will take you of the data base for the extra events that may take place from time to time. 

  • We are not responsible for any third parties who may be linked to our website who you the customer may contact through us. 

 

We Reserve the Right  

To cancel any order...we will notify you immediately this happens via email and will refund monies using the original method of payment.

All orders are subject to being available at the time order was placed.
